We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and handle cancellation requests case by case.
We reserve the right to reschedule service if access to the property cannot be obtained at the agreed time, or if conditions at the property make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
Service pricing is provided during the booking process based on the specific details of your home and the requested service. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of service differs materially from what was described at booking.
We take quality seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address the concern in a reasonable and fair way, which may include returning to address any missed areas at no additional charge.
Concerns raised after 24 hours may be more difficult to assess and address, as the home may have been used in the interim.
